Close to the coast of the southern region of Santa Catarina is IMARUÍ, the cradle of waters with its lagoon of inspiring beauty, springs, streams, and waterfalls.
Occupying an area of 170 hectares neighboring the city, the Canto das Águas Regenerative Complex is surrounded by preserved areas of the Atlantic Forest and the Serra do Tabuleiro State Park.
In Imaruí you will find living nature and fertile soil for ecological movements that seek to cultivate a better future for all.

The area of the CARC was divided into several sectors that simultaneously encompass a rural residential neighborhood, a technology center, an ecological tourism park, an animal sanctuary, and much more.
We want to create a vibrant community of engaged people who seek to live in total connection with nature.

Area intended for ecological housing, with ample land to welcome people interested in living more peacefully and in close connection to nature.
INTEGRATION CENTER

Area close to the municipality of Imaruí destined for commercial establishments with proposals aligned with the complex, such as restaurants, integrative therapy centers, tourism, among others.
EXPERIMENTAL LAB

Area of research and development of regenerative practices with a focus on agroecology and ecosystem restoration.
SCIENCE CENTER
4. Intelligence of the Waters
Area designed for the development of technologies for soil regeneration and health, water quality, and promotion of biodiversity, focusing on the recovery of the South Catarinense Lagoon Complex.
ANIMAL SANCTUARY
5. Refuge of the Waters
An accommodation space in the middle of the Atlantic Forest dedicated to immersive experiences with the local fauna and flora.
